If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.

Shopping Rules and Provisions

LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit / debit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to any one as it may deem fit.

LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the texture, finish, exact color, and appearance of the final Product as ordered by the user.

While LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mis-priced, LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit / debit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS’ dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit / debit card account.

Risk of Loss

Except where LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS arranges freight with a carrier of its own choosing, title to and risk of loss of all Products sold under Buyer’s purchase order and these Terms and Conditions pass to Buyer upon LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS’ delivery to a carrier at the point of shipment, whether or not LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS pays all or any part of the freight. Where LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS arranges freight with a carrier of its own choosing, title to and risk of loss of all Products sold under Buyer’s purchase order and these Terms and Conditions shall pass through Buyer upon delivery by the carrier to Buyer’s designated location.

 Product Diversion

Buyer acknowledges that LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS is selling the Products to Buyer for Buyer’s personal use or for distribution through LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS’ authorized channels of distribution. Buyer agrees that it shall not divert Products to other resellers that are not authorized distribution channels of LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS, including but not limited to mass retailers. In the event that LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS determines, in its discretion, that Buyer has diverted Product to non-authorized channels of distribution, LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS shall have the right to refuse to make further deliveries to Buyer, in addition to all other remedies available to LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS at law or in equity.

Minimum Resale Prices

Buyer covenants and agrees that it shall not resell, list or advertise the Products at prices lower than the Minimum Resale Prices for the Products established by LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS at the time of sale. If LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS determines, in its discretion, that Buyer has violated the immediately preceding sentence, LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS shall have the right, in addition to all other rights available to it at law or in equity, to discontinue making further deliveries of Products to Buyer.

No warranties

This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied.  LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website.

If you’re unhappy for any reason, we accept returns of unused and unopened product within 10 days of purchase for a full refund, minus return shipping charges. Only items ordered/placed online through littleladyproducts.com will qualify for a refund of any kind. Products that are damaged or defective are subject to a full refund minus shipping expense. Emptied or refilled products will not qualify for any refund. All products must be in their original and respective packaging. After the merchandise is received by LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process a refund within 10 working days of receipt of the merchandise. Refunds of payments charged to the Cardholder’s credit / debit card will only be credited back to the Cardholder’s credit / debit card account, which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit / debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
